Responsibilities will Include:
- Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a team of territory managers to meet established goals.
- Build and develop relationships with Key Accounts both existing and new.
- Create and implement business strategies for your designated region.
- Manage allocated territory budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence.
- Oversee projects delegated by senior management.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust business strategies as needed.
