Your Role
As our Business Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our network of veterinary practices while supporting our existing partners to grow their businesses. Combining your sales expertise, passion for animal care, and ability to build strong relationships, you’ll help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. If you’re proactive, results-driven, and ready to represent a company with a stellar reputation in the industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and engage with veterinary practices, introducing them to the benefits of partnering with Premier Vet Alliance.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth across your territory.
- Conduct insightful and consultative sales meetings with practice decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Secure new partnerships and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
Expanding Existing Relationships
- Collaborate with our training and account management teams to maximise the potential of our existing practices.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, driving mutual growth.
- Support practices in maintaining their competitive edge in the market.
Key Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted, long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring Premier Vet Alliance is synonymous with quality and reliability.
