As a specialist in web marketing, you will utilize your natural communication skills and digital knowledge to create comprehensive campaigns for a leading pet care company across multiple platforms.
Your responsibilities will include executing digital marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, as well as developing comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the company's global marketing and digital hub.
- Implementing digital marketing growth strategies.
- Utilizing experience with multiple advertising platforms, channels, and media to establish the optimal mix, focusing on strategies that yield the best return on effort and investment.
- Cultivating and maintaining close relationships with external partners, agencies, and third-party resources, monitoring ongoing performance to maximize benefits.
- Writing blog posts and updates as needed.
- Ensuring digital platforms are up to date with relevant material.
- Managing SEM (Paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns).
- Implementing SEO on our websites (editorial Search Engine Optimization strategy).
- Executing SMM (Social Media Marketing editorial plan).
- Running SMA (Social Media Advertising).
- Acting as a Community Manager (CMGR).
- Forecasting performance and budget appropriately for all digital channels.
- Analyzing and presenting data to local leadership.
- Providing guidance and recommendations for ManTech tools and platforms to enhance performance.
- Supporting sales and nutritional consultant team members, collaborating with veterinarians, specialized pet stores, and breeders' channels on marketing activities.
- Developing short-, medium--, and long-term strategies and overseeing day-to-day marketing and digital tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Staying current with advances in digital marketing, the competitive landscape, and the macro-environment. Driving continued innovation and implementing best practices
Required skills and expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress.
- Experience in community management on social networks.
- Strong writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
