Key Account Manager - Dairy

Remote within the South of England

Our exclusive clients are looking for an individual who will lead and support their highly-respected and well-established key accounts across the South of England. The successful candidate will be confident working with a wide-range of stakeholders, striving to improve their client’s success and highly efficient with time and account management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor and train internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance

  • Establish performance targets and implement incentive programs for clients

  • Track and support key accounts performance to ensure ongoing success and growth

  • Foster lasting partnerships with customers

  • Achieve territory sales and profitability objectives

  • Act as a strong business representative and brand advocate

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of dairy or agricultural sector, preferred

  • Experienced in account and stakeholder management 

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial role

  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own diary

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communicator

  • Located in the South of England and willing to travel regularly
