Our exclusive clients are looking for an individual who will lead and support their highly-respected and well-established key accounts across the South of England. The successful candidate will be confident working with a wide-range of stakeholders, striving to improve their client’s success and highly efficient with time and account management.
Responsibilities:

Guide, mentor and train internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance

Establish performance targets and implement incentive programs for clients

Track and support key accounts performance to ensure ongoing success and growth

Foster lasting partnerships with customers
-
Achieve territory sales and profitability objectives
-
Act as a strong business representative and brand advocate
Requirements:
-
Expert knowledge of dairy or agricultural sector, preferred
-
Experienced in account and stakeholder management
-
3+ years of experience in a commercial role
-
Able to work autonomously and manage your own diary
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communicator
-
Located in the South of England and willing to travel regularly
