Our business has grown from strength to strength and we are now seeking an agile and client focussed Animal Health & Pet Search Executive to join our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the animal health and pet industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
  • Negotiate and finalise agreements with clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to drive business development and enhance client engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in target led role
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the animal health and pet industry is a requirement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Day-to-day

  • Engage in proactive headhunting activities to identify and attract top talent
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition and client engagement
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service
