Our exclusive client, a global leader in animal safety solutions is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to join their purpose-driven team.

This is your opportunity to blend creativity with commercial impact, working cross-functionally to develop, position and promote products that truly make a difference in the field.

You'll play a key role in translating insights into actionable marketing strategies, ensuring customer needs are met and products resonate across regional markets. You'll have the chance to visit farms, experience customer challenges first-hand and use those insights to develop targeted campaigns that connect with the company's audience. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and product teams to grow product awareness, increase market share and align messaging with regional goals 
  • Lead and support marketing initiatives and product launches in partnership with sales, operations and supply chain teams
  • Use customer insights and competitor research to shape compelling value propositions and differentiation strategies
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and help manage products across their lifecycle
  • Equip sales teams with the tools and understanding they need to communicate the benefits of new and existing products effectively

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in product marketing, brand management, agricultural sales, animal health or a related field
  • A solid understanding of agriculture or animal health is essential
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a creative edge and strong commercial instincts
  • Assertive, proactive and confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Detail-driven, organised and enthusiastic about building strong, effective campaigns
  • A degree in marketing, agriculture or a related discipline
