Job Title: Sales Associate

This is a brilliant chance to become part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, where you'll work closely with veterinary professionals, promote learning and development, and contribute to the continued success of a global brand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across an international network.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen professional relationships with both new and existing veterinary clients

• Ensure timely and accurate input of sales data into the CRM system

• Follow up on leads and sales enquiries to maximise conversion rates

• Strive to meet and exceed agreed sales goals and KPIs

• Provide first-class customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions

• Keep customer databases and CRM records up to date and well-organised

Requirements:

• Background in sales, customer service, or the veterinary sector

• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets

• Passionate about promoting products and services within the veterinary field

• Eager to learn and equipped with strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential

• Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organised

• A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Package:

• Base salary of €23,000 to €25,000 (dependent on experience)

• Attractive bonus and commission structure

• 25 days of holiday per year, plus public holidays

• Additional half-days off on the 24th and 31st of December

• 37.5-hour working week

• Office-based role in Porto with some flexibility for hybrid working
