Our exclusive client is seeking a proactive and well-organised Sales Associate to join their expanding veterinary division. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across an international network.
Responsibilities:

Develop and strengthen professional relationships with both new and existing veterinary clients

Ensure timely and accurate input of sales data into the CRM system

Follow up on leads and sales enquiries to maximise conversion rates

Strive to meet and exceed agreed sales goals and KPIs

Provide first-class customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Keep customer databases and CRM records up to date and well-organised
Requirements:

Background in sales, customer service, or the veterinary sector

Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets

Passionate about promoting products and services within the veterinary field

Eager to learn and equipped with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential

Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organised

A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Package:
-
Base salary of €23,000 to €25,000 (dependent on experience)

Attractive bonus and commission structure

25 days of holiday per year, plus public holidays

Additional half-days off on the 24th and 31st of December

37.5-hour working week

Office-based role in Porto with some flexibility for hybrid working
