Our exclusive client is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join a dynamic, supportive team environment. Whether your experience lies in veterinary practice, sales or education, if you are passionate about building relationships, supporting clients and delivering value - this could be the role for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and engaging new potential clients
  • Drive increased sales by converting leads into new opportunities and expanding market share
  • Promote greater awareness of the company's products and services within the veterinary sector
  • Provide expert advice and tailored support to clients
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for helping customers develop and succeed
  • Accurately manage customer data within CRM systems, ensuring information is up to date and actionable
  • Consistently work towards and exceed agreed sales targets

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, veterinary or educational background
  • Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
  • A passion for providing outstanding client service and a genuine interest in supporting business growth
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional mindset

Package:

  • Base salary of up to £30K DOE
  • Bonus and commission structure to reward performance
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

This is an office-based position with occasional flexibility for hybrid working.
