On-Farm Sales Representative - Field based in the Midland Region of Ireland

Are you passionate about farming  and looking to take a step into a commercial career? We’re looking for a driven On-Farm Sales Representative to join a forward thinking and high-performing team of dairy specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial skills while contributing to a business that truly values its people and the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue and expand the customer base within a designated territory
  • Follow structured routes and plans to effectively cover the assigned region
  • Drive growth of aftermarket product sales within the region
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and budget objectives
  • Offer technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, acting as a brand ambassador at all times

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the agricultural industry either personally or professionally
  • Based in Midlands Region of Ireland, with a full, clean Irish driving licence
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Comfortable being based on the road 5 days a week
