Noble Futures are looking for their next Consultant.

Our executive search firm holds over 22 years of experience working across agriculture, pet, Veterinary and animal Health. We are a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who work in partnerships with our clients to help them source and secure the best talent for their business. 

Due to significant growth in the Agricultural and Equine unit, we are looking for our next colleague.

What we are looking for:

• An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for success

• Knowledge and experience of the agricultural industry (livestock or arable)

• Commercial acumen 

• A confident networker 

• Strong organisational skills 

• Effective time management skills

• An excellent communicator both written and verbal

• Recruitment experience is preferred but this can be taught for the right individual 

• Must be fully IT literate and experienced in CRM systems 

• Desirable: French, German or Italian speaking 

• A full UK driving licence
