Based in Poland your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of territory managers to achieve set targets
• Develop and deploy commercial plans for your set area
• Allocating agreed territory budgets and monitoring of spends within that budget
• Leading assigned projects from senior management
• Monitoring changes in the marketplace and adjusting commercial plans accordingly

The ideal candidate for this position must have an in depth knowledge of the veterinary industry in Poland
