The responsibilities of this office based role in the Bristol area will revolve around managing the company's corporate vet relationships. This would be a great opportunity for a senior territory manager with experience of managing relationships with independent groups/corporate accounts who is looking for the next step in their career, or an established key account manager looking for a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a portfolio of key corporate accounts through understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Achieve agreed monthly growth targets with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the UK Director to provide day-to-day support for internal workflows and colleagues as part of the management team.
- Identifying and developing new customer relationships.
- Lead the internal processes that ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate record keeping.
- Manage all escalated customer issues creating solutions alongside the UK Director.
- Create and analyse reports to identify customer trends and possible opportunities
- Work cross functionally in the business to drive success for customers.
