Job Description

We are pleased to be recruiting a distributor marketing manager for an award-winning animal health business. This is a Fully-Remote position within a thriving arm of a growing global business. This role will require an experienced marketing manager with previous experience managing distributor marketing channels. Covering the EMEA region.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract. Due to the size of the business and success of this team there is a strong likelihood of extension or a permanent role. The incoming candidate for this position must have experience managing strategic marketing campaigns for distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Regional Distributor Channel strategy to drive market penetration, reaching new markets, segments and gaining market share. For distributors across the EMEA region.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans providing clear direction and expectations for Channel Partners, that include promotional activities, product launches and incentives to drive growth.
• Stay in close contact with key distributors to track progress and address any issues.
• Lead marketing onboarding for new channel partners.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on distributor performance.
• Manage all conferences and events across the EMEA region.

Skills Required

• Proven track record of successful distributor-focused marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of distributor dynamics is essential.
• Team player, with a strong personality to handle stakeholders internally and externally.
• Experience from within animal health or similar is preferred but not essential.
• Strategic and analytic mindset.
