Are you driven, hungry to sell, and confident in your abilities? Do you have a passion for agriculture? We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Large Animal Territory Manager to join a vibrant and dynamic team to cover the North West/ Midlands of the Republic.
As a Large Animal Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of the designated territory, building strong relationships with key customers, promoting high end products, and increasing market share within the agricultural sector. You will work with Large Animal and Mixed Veterinary Practices to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs, all while driving sales and hitting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients in your territory.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base in the territory.

Understand and advise each Practise on their product needs, providing expert guidance.

Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team to drive overall business success.

Regularly meet or exceed sales targets, with performance-based incentives.

Provide market feedback and contribute to the development of new products and strategies.
Key Requirements:

Hunger and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A confident self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.

Ideally, a background in agriculture, farming, or animal care (but candidates with other relevant sales experience welcomed).

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, from small operations to large enterprises.

A full clean driving license is essential.
