Head of Sales - Animal Health/Agriculture

Hybrid - Dublin

Our forward thinking and ambitious clients are seeking a knowledgeable Head of Sales to take full responsibility of the commercial teams across the UK and Ireland, drive forward customer experience and hard-hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and scale-up across multiple markets
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and regions
  • Oversee customer onboarding, support and full lifecycle management
  • Build and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams
  • Align commercial strategy with other departments and the Board to continue with national and international expansion

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have experience and knowledge of the agricultural or animal health sector
  • Extensive experience in Sales or Commercial roles
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and building scalable teams
  • Strong analytical skills; confident using CRM systems and forecasting tools
  • Comfortable working out of the office in Dublin and travelling where necessary
  • Deep understanding of customer experience management
