Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop key clients through coaching, training and consulting
  • Set performance goals and introduce incentive schemes to drive client success
  • Monitor account progress and deliver strategies for continued growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Meet sales and profitability targets within your territory
  • Represent the company and promote the brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge of the dairy or agricultural industry (preferred)
  • Proven track record in account and stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial role
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Based in the North of England or Scotland with flexibility to travel regularly
