We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable vet to join a mission-driven, high-growth company as veterinary technical manager. This is a UK-based, hybrid role ideal for a vet with strong communication skills and a passion for clinical excellence, education, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you’ll act as the clinical voice across the business—ensuring the veterinary accuracy of content and campaigns, supporting commercial teams with expert input, and representing the brand at events and with key opinion leaders. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and customer service teams to ensure continued high standards, compliance with veterinary regulations, and deliver a best-in-class experience for veterinary professionals and clients globally.

Key Responsibilities

Review and shape internal and external content to ensure veterinary and clinical accuracy.

Provide expert support to customers and veterinary professionals across the UK, US, and international markets—both remotely and at in-person events.

Lead training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure accurate product and protocol knowledge.

Support global regulatory and pharmacovigilance processes, including adverse event reporting and follow-up.

Contribute clinical insight to marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.

Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the wider KOL engagement strategy.

Attend key industry events, acting as a clinical brand ambassador and technical expert.

Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to support growth through technical insight, competitive analysis, and training.
Requirements

RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in small animal clinical practice.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

A proactive, collaborative mindset—comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.

Passionate about animal health and delivering high standards of care.

Willingness to travel for events and meetings (UK and international).
