Communications and Marketing Manager

Hybrid - Commutable to Gloucester

We are seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager for our highly respected client based within the veterinary industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is keen to continue their own development of marketing knowledge and also support those around them to reach their potential. 

This is an incredible opportunity for someone to transform the businesses way of marketing in an ever-changing environment, by utilising the latest technology and ideas available. The successful candidate will lead the marketing team and oversee the strategy, plans and processes that bring our client's brand and products to life. 

Key requirements:

• Experience in animal health, human science or veterinary is preferred

• A flare for analytics and data with the drive to act for the better on what this shows you

• Experience with digital marketing and a passion for ongoing development in this area

• Excellent communication skills

• Must have experience in implementing and evaluation effective marketing campaigns

•  Leadership skills and stakeholder management experience

The package:

Up to £45,000 DOE, bonus, Bupa dental plan, pension, health and wellbeing support, enhanced family leave and up to 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
