We’re excited to present a newly created business development manager role within a provider to the veterinary industry. We’re looking for an energetic self-starter with a proven track record in sales to identify new business opportunities and maximise revenue. 

You will be tasked with creating and developing new client relationships and driving sales of the company's services. This role offers a generous base salary and uncapped commission, alongside opportunities for professional development in line with the rapid growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets and customers within the veterinary industry.

  • Seek out and identify decision-makers with the objective of building, developing, and growing key relationships.

  • Use data insights from your networking to feedback on customer insights to improve offered services.

  • Represent the company at a number of industry events, conferences, and seminars. Becoming the face of the business.

  • Taking all possible actions to drive revenue and control costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Pro-active and self-motivated.

  • Good numerical understanding and the ability to own your sales figures.

  • Familiarity with key principles and strategies for promoting and selling products or services.

  • Willing to travel across the UK. Full UK driving licence.
