Our client, a hugely respected, long-established business within the agricultural sector is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations - ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management
• Managing stock levels - re-ordering and optimising inventory processes
• Implementing and managing a new stock system -  to improve tracking, reporting and overall inventory control
• Leading and supporting the warehouse team - fostering a high-performance culture
• Liaising with other teams - ensuring seamless collaboration across the business
• Providing outstanding customer service - acting as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations or stock control management (or a similar field)
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and engage a team effectively
• Outgoing, driven and eager to bring new ideas to the table
• Good administrative, numerical and IT skills
• Agricultural background preferred, but not essential

To be considered for this role, you must be within a commutable distance of Dumfries or willing to relocate.

Package:
