Regional Sales Manager - Baltics Region

Noble Futures is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally recognised veterinary business in their search for a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales across Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with key distributors throughout the region.

Key Requirements for success in this role:

• Proven commercial success within the veterinary industry (preferably with established relationships with veterinary distributors in Scandinavia and or Baltics)
• A proactive and agile mind set
• The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage your own schedule
• The ability to influence and support your direct reports in their own career development
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is desirable
