Job Description
We are pleased to partner with a key player in the veterinary industry to find their new senior key account manager. This role is for a leading animal health business who are keen to focus their efforts in the Polish market to expand their European influence. This role offers full autonomy to an experienced key account manager within the veterinary industry. The incoming candidate will be tasked with managing a direct sales team of 2, and leveraging their existing network with distributors and practices to further the brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of territory managers to achieve business targets

Strengthen and grow relationships with both new and existing Key Accounts

Develop and execute strategic business plans across your designated region

Manage regional budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with targets

Coordinate and drive forward projects assigned by senior leadership

Stay on top of market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
