Job Description

We are currently partnered with a well-established and globally growing animal health business. As part of this growth, we’re looking for a territory manager to take charge of their growing sales operation in Poland - someone with strong relationships within the veterinary industry and a passion for driving business growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement. You’ll have the chance to lead a small, dedicated sales team, grow key accounts, and work closely with veterinary practices and distributors across the country. Your existing network and local insight will play a key role in shaping how this brand grows its presence in the Polish market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting two territory sales managers

  • Strengthening relationships with existing customers and building new ones within the veterinary space

  • Working with distributors to ensure consistent brand presence and market access

  • Creating and rolling out strategic plans for the region in alignment with wider European goals

  • Managing budgets and tracking performance against targets

  • Keeping a close eye on market trends and feeding insights back into the business

  • Taking the lead on regional projects and initiatives set by senior leadership

What’s in it for you:

  • A competitive salary package with a performance-based bonus

  • Company vehicle and travel support

  • A high level of autonomy and trust to shape your region’s success

  • Real opportunities for long-term career progression as the business grows

What we’re looking for:

  • A solid network within the Polish veterinary industry — you know the people and how the market works

  • Experience managing accounts or territory sales, ideally with some team leadership

  • Strong communication skills in both Polish an English

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Willingness to travel across Poland regularly
