Do you have a passion for animal health & wellbeing?  Are you eager to make a difference in animals' lives? We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Research Manager to oversee and manage clinical studies related to the development, efficacy, and safety of animal health products. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and executing clinical trials, collaborating with veterinarians, researchers, and regulatory teams to support our evidence-based product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and manage clinical studies for animal health supplements across various species (e.g., dogs, cats, horses)

  • Develop study protocols and ensure alignment with regulatory, ethical, and scientific standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs

  • Select and manage external research partners such as KOLs, universities, and veterinary clinics.

  • Analyse and interpret clinical data, prepare study reports, and contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions

  • Ensure studies comply with industry regulations and internal SOPs

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Serve as a scientific expert on clinical matters during internal and external meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Biology, or a related field (DVM, PhD, MSc).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in animal health or veterinary science

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, statistical analysis, and regulatory requirements

  • Proven experience managing multi-site studies and cross-functional project teams

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment

  • Passion for animal health and evidence-based product development
