Our exclusive client is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join a dynamic, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and engaging new potential clients
- Drive increased sales by converting leads into new opportunities and expanding market share
- Promote greater awareness of the company's products and services within the veterinary sector
- Provide expert advice and tailored support to clients
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for helping customers develop and succeed
- Accurately manage customer data within CRM systems, ensuring information is up to date and actionable
- Consistently work towards and exceed agreed sales targets
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, veterinary or educational background
- Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- A passion for providing outstanding client service and a genuine interest in supporting business growth
- Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional mindset
Package:
- Base salary of up to £30K DOE
- Bonus and commission structure to reward performance
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
This is an office-based position with occasional flexibility for hybrid working.
