Duties & Responsibilities:

The employee will carry out the following functions:

1.   - Managing the commercial operations in the region.

o   To deliver high performance

o   Follow call cycles

o   Achieving quarterly and annual sales plans.

•   Ensure your proper use of the CRM:

o   Link calendars with appointments and all calls logged

o   Log all leads and opportunities

o   Log all communications

•   Oversee and organise iM3’s presence at all relevant exhibitions and events:

o   Review stand layout and equipment to be shown with your line manager and get approval from Sales & Marketing Manager before going ahead.

o   Book stands, and organise payment from iM3 accounts department as needed, as well as any other logistics

o   Use Excel template sheets for these special picks.

o   Liaise with warehouse and line manager on the logistics to ensure all aspects are covered

o   Ensure all materials are returned in sellable condition

•   Follow up on ongoing matters / issues until resolved:

o   Liaise with warehouse, production, and support teams to enhance communications between iM3 team and distributors.

o   Liaise with the Finance department on outstanding unpaid invoices and ensure proper follow up when assistance is requested and follow progress until resolved.

•   Ensure expenses are correctly handled as per company policy.

•   Staff trips should always be planned in advance to optimise the time allocated for travel and visiting customers in an area.

•   Call cycles should be set up by country and should be planned in advanced with the distributor, emphasis on set appointments to take full advantage of the time spent.

•   Ensure expenses are processed in a timely manner while following the company’s policies and expectations

•   Attend, promote, and organise both international wet labs and wet labs at iM3 Office in Duleek, Ireland. Liaise with ACE team in the organization of these wet labs and always keeping your line manager informed.

•   Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Manager/team on marketing needs. Keeping your line manager informed of these exchanges.

2.   Carry out all sales management and related duties including:

•   Achieve sales targets by prospecting, quoting, and selling on behalf of your dealers and supporting their sales teams at all times

•   Record all your activities for you on the CRM, and ensure sales managers also record their activities on CRM

•   Build productive long-lasting relationships with clients:

o   Regular contact

o   Follow ups

•   Ensure all visits are properly recorded in the CRM

•   Take active involvement in the sales process when passing quotes to the distributors.

o   Follow up on quotes passed over

o   Monitor entire process until the client is served

•   Set up an after sale follow up system for you and your sales team

•   Getting monthly report of your distributor’s stock levels, keeping full knowledge of the outcome of the sales done by the team correlating stock levels and always promoting a standard stock with all the local distributors.

•   Maintain a close involvement in the marketing strategy and actions launched by local distributors

o   Planning these actions in advance with a high level of involvement supported by the iM3 marketing department.

o   Take control and plan a strategy with each of your distributor’s sales rep by area

o   Dual call with the sales representatives of all distributors on a cycle basis throughout the year in their territories.

o   Ensure distributors, products managers, decision makers and sales reps are up to date in regards of new products, promotions, and news from iM3 at all times.

o   Ensure regular training is provided to all the local representatives of the distributors, both for new products and refresher training on existing products. Ideally every quarter.

o   Provide support to your distributors at expos and stands.

•   Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data by distributor.

•   Attend regular company meetings, sales events and trainings. In person and online.

•   Creating and maintaining KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships.

•   Offering input to corporate strategy, devising tactics for successful penetration of all markets in the region.

3- Carry out all duties to implement the company’s model and structure in the country including:

•   Promote the iM3 culture to rest of the business

•   Ensure the iM3 philosophy and structure are implemented equally across all the territories as making sure that the staff follows these policies

•   Ensure every exhibition and event carried out following the company’s policy and standards

•   Manage marketing budget:

o   planning accordingly

o   all Marketing projects approved by Sales & Marketing Manager

4- Carry out duties in such manner as to comply with the Health & Safety Policy of the company, including:

•   Participating in health & safety training provided.

•   Wearing Personal Protective Equipment where applicable

•   Not engaging in improper conduct or behaviour.

•   As an ambassador of iM3, exhibit correct behaviour when representing the company, for example at wet labs, expos, and events and when dealing with clients.

•   Not intentionally or recklessly interfering with or misuse equipment

5. Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by management

•   Assist with on-the-job training and development of staff as required
