Job Description

Product Manager

Hybrid - North West England

Do you want to be at the forefront of helping protect cattle, advance farmers and bring smarter solutions to the field?

Our exclusive client, a global leader in animal safety solutions, is searching for a passionate and creative Product Manager to join their dynamic, purpose-driven team.

This role is a unique opportunity to combine your strategic expertise with purpose-led innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring meaningful, market-relevant products to life, ensuring that customer needs are recognised and seemingly integrated into the company's global portfolio strategy.

You'll also have the opportunity to get out on-farm, gaining first-hand insights faced by producers, helping you see the bigger picture and shape more impactful solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with the product marketing manager to help grow products, boost market share and align with regional goals
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, operations and supply chain to support product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in developing product forecasts, pricing strategies and managing product updates throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Ensure products stand out in the market with a clear value proposition, using customer insights and competitor research
  • Support sales teams by helping them understand and promote new and existing products effectively

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in product marketing/development, agricultural sales, animal health or a related field
  • Agricultural or animal health knowledge essential
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and drive effective execution
  • Assertive and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, team-orientated approach
  • A degree in marketing, agriculture or a similar field (desirable)

In return, you'll receive a base salary of up to £50K DOE, company pension, annual leave (increasing with length of service), private health care and life insurance.
