With exceptional attention to detail and a focus on productivity and high welfare, the role will see you managing a large site close to Hereford.  

Responsibilities:

• Flock Management
• Working in line with health and safety standards
• Record keeping
• Assisting with Audits

Requirements:

• Can work independently as well as within a team
• Clear communicator
• Positive attitude and driven work ethic
• Previous experience in Poultry Management (broilers)
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• Full UK driving license

The Package:

• Up to 45k depending on experience
• Performance bonuses and pension
• Three-bed cottage 
• Vehicle 
• 28 days holiday inc. bank holidays - The site currently benefits from regular contract
• labour support who know the site very well (chick tipping, holiday cover, weekend cover
• as required)
